Solent Innovation 2012

The event is a key opportunity to engage large and small enterprises interested in supporting business innovation and growth. The theme for this year’s event highlights business-university collaboration in the Solent region.

The presentations will identify the current landscape, opportunities and potential partnerships available for innovative businesses in the south. Mark Hoban MP for Fareham and Financial Secretary to the Treasury will deliver the keynote address providing a regional perspective for delegates.

Business & University Partnerships aims to raise awareness within the STEM sector (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) highlighting opportunities for local SMEs and universities to profitably engage in joint initiatives.

The event will conclude with optional one-to-one surgeries with key advisors, lunch and networking with industry colleagues.
