How to make successful contact with employers - 5th March Cardiff University
This workshop has a practical basis and focuses on how best to make contact and secure initial engagement with employers. It provides the opportunity for participants to identify a range of different approaches to contact employers and looks at their relative strengths and weaknesses. Participants will also critique material to communicate with employers. We will take a brief look at the implications of different structures and levels of decision makers and their roles in employer organisations before considering how this might affect your engagement tactics, sales and customer relationship development. The last part of the workshop is designed to look at face to face contact with employers leading to closing the deal. The workshop should be useful for all those who are likely to plan, or are responsible for generating or supporting employer engagement.
