The Executive Committee is ultimately responsible for setting and ensuring the strategic direction of the Programme, ensuring delivery, ensuring the implementation of appropriate policies and procedures to enable efficient and accountable delivery and fulfilment of the contract with the Higher Education Funding Councils for England and Wales, and for monitoring the progress of the Programme against key milestones. The Programme Board acts as a forum for the development of activities and ideas to implement the strategic vision defined by the Executive Committee: developing operational plans and facilitating the transfer of good practice and the flow of information both internally and externally to the Programme.
The Spoke Steering Groups act as a focus for regional activity. They identify priorities for Spoke activity, broker collaborations, encourage wider stakeholder engagement, and disseminate Programme outputs on a regional scale. The Advisory Forum represents the Programme at a national policy level, ensuring it maintains a prominent profile, and that it is fully briefed on emerging national policies and priorities.
